About Bavardio

Building better tools for the teams that keep service running.

Service businesses depend on people working together: the person answering the call, the team planning the day, the technician on site, and the people keeping accounts and operations in order. We are building Bavardio in Silicon Valley to make that work more connected.

Why we are building it

Give service teams a clearer way to work.

The information needed to help a customer often sits across several tools and teams. Bavardio brings relevant context into the workflow and applies AI to routine work, so people can focus on the service they are responsible for delivering.

Our ambition spans service industries. We start with the details of real work: how a request arrives, what information the team needs, who acts next, and how the outcome is recorded.

Birks Sachdev
Birks SachdevFounder & CEO

Birks has spent more than a decade building technology companies, starting his first at 14. He studied Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences and Business at UC Berkeley, helped build Amazon’s first fully automated robotic system, and engineered large-scale systems at Salesforce. Today, he leads Bavardio’s product and technology vision and still writes production code.

The engineering

The hard part is the breadth.

Most companies in this market build one of these things. Bavardio runs a live voice agent, network telemetry, field work, billing and compliance as one system, sharing one view of the customer. Holding that together is the engineering problem, and it is the one the team works on every day.

Real time, or it does not count

A suggestion that arrives after the caller has hung up is not a feature. The live call path is built to answer while the conversation is still happening.

Multi-tenant from the first line

Every operator's data is isolated by design rather than by convention, so a bad day for one can never become a bad day for everyone.

Built on the messy reality

Real networks run mixed vendors, part-migrated records and systems that disagree. The platform is built for that, not for the version where the data is clean.

Shipped continuously

Work reaches production in days, not quarters, and the people who build it talk directly to the operators running it.

How we work

Start with the workflow. Stay close to the team.

We start in the operation

Every module began with the work someone actually does and the information they need to do it.

We build for the shift, not the demo

Clear interfaces, the context a decision needs, and the steps that move a request forward.

We roll out in stages

Requirements reviewed, the workflow demonstrated, and the checks agreed before anything goes live.

We ship on what we hear

Operators tell us what is slow, unclear, or disconnected, and that is what gets built next.

Built on how service work actually runs.

Careers

Build the tools behind better service.

Bavardio works on problems across AI, real-time conversations, connected systems, and operational software. We are interested in people who care about clear thinking, useful products, and the details of how work gets done.

If that sounds like your kind of work, tell us about something you have built, the problem it solved, and what you would like to contribute.

Tell us about the service operation you are building.

We would like to understand your team, your customers, and the workflows you want to improve.
